Write Your First Book Workshop with Pat
You’ve got stories, expertise, and ideas worth sharing — but every time you sit down to write, you’re overwhelmed by the blank page (and maybe a little imposter syndrome).

About the event
August 18 @ 10:00 am – 11:00 am PDT
You’ve got stories, expertise, and ideas worth sharing — but every time you sit down to write, you’re overwhelmed by the blank page (and maybe a little imposter syndrome). 😬
In this special hands-on workshop, New York Times Bestselling Author Pat Flynn (‼️) will show you how to move past those doubts and take clear steps toward shaping your own book
This event is the perfect follow-up to Pat’s bookwriting Q&A in June, where he shared his own process for writing his new book, Lean Learning.
This time, the focus is on you: your goals, your vision, and what you can do right now to finally get your ideas onto the page.
In this workshop, you will:
- Learn how to choose the right book to write — one that aligns with your goals and audience
- Understand the four types of books and how each serves a different purpose
- Reframe common mindset blocks that hold writers back (like “just write!”)
- Discover how to make book writing more strategic, focused, and doable
- Get clarity on how your book can support your business long-term
You’ll also be working in a Prewriting Workbook, created to help you stay engaged during the session, make meaningful progress, and have a resource to return to later.
